Old custom Toerggelen in South Tyrol
An old custom has experienced a true renaissance in recent years: the Toerggelen. The winegrower invites you to taste the new wine and you will be served: sour soup, barley soup, Schlutzkrapfen, Kasnocken, spinach dumplings, Surfleisch, sausages, pork ribs, sauerkraut and of course sweet doughnuts, nuts, apples, grapes and roasted chestnuts for dessert.
